It is important that the following documents are with you upon arrival in Sydney. These documents will be presented to the college during the Orientation Day:

  • Valid passport with student visa
  • Copy of your electronic Confirmation of Enrolment form
  • Your address that you will be living in Australia after you arrival
  • Original and Certified copies of your academic and IELTS results

Customs

Australia is an island that is protected from pests, plant and animal diseases found in other parts of the world. Food, plants and animals from other countries can be a source of a serious pest and disease in Australia that may destroy our agriculture.

You must declare for inspection all food, plant and animal products on arrival in Australia to ensure they are free of pests and diseases. While on the plane to Australia, you will be given an Incoming Passenger Card by the flight attendant. The Incoming Passenger Card is a declaration of the things that you are bringing in Australia.  You will need to answer the card honestly as there are heavy penalties for false declarations.

If you're not sure, ask a Quarantine officer. For more information on the things you can and cannot bring to Australia, please visit http://www.daff.gov.au/aqis/travel/entering-australia/cant-take.
